Terms of service
BiteBalance beta terms of service.
Effective date: March 26, 2026. These terms govern access to the BiteBalance beta website and mobile application.
Acceptance
By accessing the BiteBalance website, receiving a BiteBalance beta access code, creating an account, or using the BiteBalance beta mobile application, you agree to these terms.
Beta service
BiteBalance is currently offered as a limited beta service. Features, availability, performance, content, and pricing may change at any time. The beta may include bugs, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or compatibility issues.
License
Subject to these terms, BiteBalance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the beta application for your personal, non-commercial use.
BiteBalance may suspend, revoke, or limit access if it reasonably believes access is being misused, shared improperly, or used in violation of these terms.
Accounts and access
Users may be able to register or sign in with Apple, Google, or email, depending on the beta flow available to them. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and verification methods secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person or share access in a way that bypasses BiteBalance beta controls.
Payments and refunds
Access to the BiteBalance beta may require payment. Paid beta access is intended to secure a limited beta license for use of the app.
Paid beta access fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. In rare circumstances, BiteBalance may review a support case and issue a refund at its discretion, but BiteBalance is not obligated to do so.
No medical advice
BiteBalance is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any nutrition, macro, wellness, or health-related information displayed by BiteBalance is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use BiteBalance in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.
- Do not attempt to interfere with security, authentication, access controls, or the normal operation of the beta.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute BiteBalance except as allowed by applicable law.
Termination
BiteBalance may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for beta program changes, technical issues, inactivity, suspected misuse, or violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteBalance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteBalance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the beta.
