Delete your BiteBalance account and data.

Delete your account in the app

Open BiteBalance, sign in, go to Account or Security settings, and choose Delete account. Complete the recent verification step, then choose either Schedule account deletion or Delete now.

This authenticated in-app path is preferred because it confirms account ownership without asking you to email passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, raw health exports, or private medical documents.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@bitebalance.net with the subject "BiteBalance account deletion request".

When possible, contact support from the email address connected to your BiteBalance account. Include your sign-in method, such as email, Google, or Apple, and say that you want to delete your account and associated app data.

What account deletion covers

• Account profile, account access, linked sign-in methods, and eligible app account state.
• Nutrition logs, hydration entries, saved foods, weight/profile details, goals, preferences, and other account-linked app records.
• Beta access and support context that can be removed or de-identified when no longer needed to process the request.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, enforcement, tax or accounting requirements, or backup recovery. Backup copies age out on the normal backup lifecycle.

Request timeline

• In-app deletion starts after recent verification and final confirmation.
• Support requests are reviewed for account ownership and requested scope.
• Eligible account-linked data is deleted or de-identified, and support sends a completion or status update when applicable.
