Current beta status
As of March 26, 2026, the current paid BiteBalance beta wave is full. All 10 of 10 beta access codes have been issued.
BiteBalance does not currently offer an open public self-serve checkout flow on this website. Beta access may be granted manually in limited waves.
Billing and refunds
Paid beta access fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
In rare circumstances, BiteBalance may review a support case and choose to issue a refund at its discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Account help
BiteBalance beta users may sign in with Apple, Google, or email, depending on the access flow available to them.
If you need help with sign-in, verification codes, beta access, or an account data request, contact support from the email address associated with your account when possible.
